If the primary free website hosting servers for the website mirrors are down at the moment then this title page is here to keep you informed about the website service you can expect. For example, Peter Dow's "first choice servers" were down at the end of September and October 2007 when the free monthly service allowance with them was used up and they were briefly down at other times too.
If this title page remains then maybe you can still click to one of the less-good website mirrors, with fewer features and pages perhaps not so up-to-date, using the link(s) below which might be all there is available right now.
The website mirrors are currently hosted for free by server companies who aren't being paid by me (Peter Dow, the website author) to deliver a 100% reliable service all the time. So you get what you pay for. Since I am paying nothing, "nothing" is what I get sometimes from some servers. Fair enough I suppose. Indeed, you may have noticed a pop-up advert from Bravehost who host this title page for free but they insist on the pop-up advert. Sorry about that.
Rest assured, there is a great website out there which is available usually and worth watching this space for.
Hey, maybe someone will fund a more reliable service for this website for everyone in the world? Can you afford to contribute towards covering my expenses for a professional website hosting service?
